7. Your first task … Read Lyn Singh’s memo carefully. Check you have a copy of the Policy and Procedures Manual to refer to if necessary. Carry out each instruction as directed. Refer to the Task Checklist if you are not sure what to do. Check you have completed the task … cross off each instruction you have completed.
