2. Fire Services Department The Department has: an establishment of about 9,200 uniformed personnel, and about 600 civilian members. 3. Fire Services Department The Service: is more than 9,500 strong, and commanded by the Director of Fire Services, who is assisted by a Deputy Director. The three operational Fire Commands: Hong Kong Command Kowloon Command New Territories Command Each is headed by an Assistant Director of Chief Fire Officer rank.
