2 Warm-up Circle and label the Puget Sound Lowlands, Coastal Range, and the Cascade Range on the physical map. What geographical features (landforms) are most common in the Cascade Range?

3 Task 1 Look at the ‘Major Land Use’ and ‘Population’ thematic maps on Side B, and the physical map on Side A. Take notes on the geography and economics of the Cascade Range. Make connections where you can.

4 Task 2 Read pages 18-19 in the textbook and take notes on geography and economy. Make connections where you can.
