Bx : 22/2/58 Histopathology Soft tissue lesion in the dermis Increase component of blood vessel Muscular component is not increase distinctively but adipose tissue is generally observe No tumourous circumscription is identified No malignant featured is found The overall features of increase vasculatures are suggestive for vascular malformation but soft tissue hamartoma is also suggest Clinicopathological is recommended

MRI Rt knee : there is no evidence of an intraosseous, intramuscular or intraarticular involvement The ligament, tendon, and menisci are intact Small joint fluid in the right knee colud be normal physiology fluid There is no evidence of bone marrow edema or destruction subcutaneous tissue edema at the anterior knee is seen Impression :1x2.6x3 cm enhancing cutaneous nodule with surrounding subcutaneous tissue edema and overlying skin thickening at right anterior knee, compatible with clinical diagnosis of endocrine angiomatous hamartoma

10. BUN / Cr : 12/0.2
