1. PSLE Debriefing Meeting

2. Schedule Debriefing sessions are typically held 1 – 2 days after the evaluation. The supervisor will schedule this meeting during a mutually convenient time. Sometimes it will be the same meeting as the preplanning meeting.

3. Do you know when your debriefing meeting will be held? Do you know where it will be held?

4. Preparing for the Meeting The lead clinician should be ready with the following: All tests scored Language sample analyzed Information put into an outline form based on the report template

5. Presentation of the Information Lead clinician should have information organized and written down for him/herself, but does not have to have pass out any written summaries to team The information should be presented according to the report template organization Put priority areas (i.e., the chief concerns) first

6. Recommendations Be prepared to discuss recommendations per report template suggestions. Begin to look up resources for families if appropriate.
