6. WSCA Managed Print Process Customer requests Print Assessments from minimum of three (3) awarded Contractors. Note: To maximize time and effort of both Customer and Contractor, assessments can run simultaneously Print Assessments should include #1 ranked Contractor Print Assessment must include Contractor recommendation and anticipated savings

7. WSCA Managed Print Process Customer decides and documents which proposal best meets their business needs Contractor may not offer a higher cost than was submitted In the WSCA master Agreement Contractor may offer a single cost per copy for Managed Print Services

8. WSCA Managed Print Process Contractor may offer additional services as requested by Customer Customer & Contractor will negotiate specific terms of agreement based on:  Washington’s Participating Addendum, and  WSCA Master Agreement, and  Contractor Print Assessment
