 Council meetings should be scheduled at times convenient for most members and must be publicly announced at least 5 working days in advance of the meeting.  The AGENDA should include an update on the status of the SIP implementation.  Minutes of ESSAC meetings must be recorded along with a list of members who are absent.  Membership- 50% =1 NON-District Employee  A quorum must be present before a vote can be taken. A majority of the ESSAC membership constitutes a quorum.  Other individuals, organizations and institutions in the community may be valuable as you develop your school improvement plan. You may combine the members of your Governing Board with the EESAC. 50% + 1 (majority) must be non-District employees.
