TAX-AIDE Client Facilitator Development  Increasing levels of Responsibility to provide “career path” both up and down  Detailing 2 levels for 2014 tax season  Working on training materials, manual and other resources to ensure high level of competence Target delivery: Nov 1 Regional Meetings – 20134

TAX-AIDE Level 1:  Welcomes taxpayers and ensures a smooth flow at site  Distributes Client Intake form and ensures taxpayers have ID and SSN (questions referred to LC)  Assists LC to ensure that taxpayers with disability issues receive appropriate accommodation Level 2:  Assists taxpayer to complete Client Intake form as necessary, ensuring all boxes are completed and explaining process to taxpayers  Conducts initial interview to ensure return is in scope and referring tax law questions to Counselor and/or noting on form for further discussion  Organizes taxpayer documents for ease of Counselor Regional Meetings – 20135
