 Program of Study Committee (POSC): approved the term PRIOR to graduation, or pre-lim. Program of Study Committee (POSC):  Incompletes removed from your record  Over-age classes (over 7 years) approved  Pre-lim taken 6 months prior to final exam.  POSC classes are accurate

  Application for Graduation – ◦ Sept 11 – Fall; Jan 29- Spring; June 3 – Summer  Request for Final Oral Exam– ◦ For students with a required final oral exam ◦ Due 3 weeks prior to exam date or by Nov 4– Fall; Mar 25 - Spring; June 24 – Summer ‣Final Oral Exam –  Nov. 25 – Fall; April 15 – Spring; July 15- Summer  Create ProQuest account for submitting thesis. Be sure to enter thesis/dissertation title. This will be used for the Commencement Brochure. Absolute deadlines
