Playing Time:  Playing Time will be FAIR.  Players will look to be given position for the game and may rotate with another player.  A match day squad will be named in advance, It’s an application of learning from the training sessions.  If a player or players are missing, it doesn’t guarantee a spot in the match day squad.  Any doubts about attending the game/injuries PLEASE let us know.

Equipment List: Studded boots for soft ground? (I’ll check this with TSA - Don’t buy before) Moulded boots for hard/firm ground. (Same style, brand & size) as the other soccer shoes. Shin guards. Match Uniform Home and Away. Towel Sock Tape Ball Pump Soccer Ball Water – 3 Bottles or a large refillable bottle. Enough for before the game, half time, full time. Sports drink (NOT fizzy) Headband, no metal clips. Fruit and food for before/after the game. Weather permitting items – Under Armour / High Factor Sun Cream. NO JEWELLERY AT PRACTICE OR GAMES

Training: Arrival: 15 mins before at the latest. On arrival talk, greet, chat and begin individual ball juggles in a designated area set by the coach. If you are late (after session has started), come and see the coach before joining in the session. During Drinks breaks Don’t kick the football’s. Departing Training Please offer to help the coaches with equipment Allow 10 minutes after the end of session for cool down & debrief.

Match Day: Arrival: 30 mins before at the very latest. 5 mins - Walking to the field, putting shin guards and correct footwear on. Preparing to warm up and play. (Takes longer than you think) 20 mins - Technical Warm Up followed by possession game. 5 mins - Reminder of game targets and drinks before kick off. Depart: Brief cool down and very brief de-brief.
