TAs should do the photocopying. TAs should encourage learners to take responsibility for their own learning. TAs should ensure the classroom is tidy at the end of the day. TAs should ask questions to the whole class at times. TAs should mark work for the group that they have worked with. TAs should be used to support the range of children within the class. TAs should be responsible for the displays in the classroom. TAs should plan and prepare activities for the group that they will be working with. TAs should attend parents’ meetings.
