 To evaluate high order aberrometric outcomes 12 months after corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) in eyes with keratoconus. HIGH ORDER ABERRATIONS AFTER CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSSLINKING

 Forty eyes of thirty four patients were included in this prospective, non randomized and single- center clinical study, using scheimplug analyzer Pentacam® version 1.16r63. HIGH ORDER ABERRATIONS AFTER CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSSLINKING

 Trefoil and coma mean baseline aberrations decrease from / µm to / µm (p≤0.05) and from / µm to / µm (p≤0.05) respectively. HIGH ORDER ABERRATIONS AFTER CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSSLINKING

 Total aberrometic coeficient mean baseline were / µm, increasing to / µm at 12 month postoperative. That difference was not significant (p<0.05). HIGH ORDER ABERRATIONS AFTER CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSSLINKING

 Astigmatic and spherical aberrations mean baseline increase from / µm to / µm (p≤0.05) and from / µm to /-1.082µm (p≤0.05) respectively. HIGH ORDER ABERRATIONS AFTER CORNEAL COLLAGEN CROSSLINKING

Fig 1. Coma aberration reduction on a patient treated with Corneal Crosslinking

 There was a reduction on coma and trefoil aberrations in patients with keratoconus undergoing crosslinking Pentacam corneal evaluated 12 months after procedure. However there was no statistically significant variation in high order aberrations coeficient.
