There are many different types

There are many different types of forests. This forest is called a Temperate Forest because it grows in a temperate zone.

Four Seasons 1.Winter 2.Spring 3.Summer 4.Fall.

 Eastern.U.S.  Canada  Europe  China  Japan  Russia

Plants have special adaptations to cope. Deciduous trees have leaves instead of pine needles. Flowers also grow in deciduous forests.

Animals have special adaptations to cope. Some examples include: Squirrels Bears Sapsuckers Rabbits Beavers
