Ward 10 has been closed and resource given to ward 9. Staffing: Sickness levels increased in August while parental leave decreased. Temporary Staffing: Bank spend in August ’15 significantly reduced partly due to ward 10 closure and financial control throughout the trust. During August there were no red shifts. Due to the release of HealthRoster v10 data relating to Skill Mix and WTE Vacancy is not available for August. This will be reported in September.
