Session 11 IS.BU_Budget vs Actual by Revenue Project Focus on Reports To print: Right click Choose “Print” Change option “Print What?” from “slides” to “note pages” Click ok

Purpose (for fiscal year-to-date budgets only) Created for sales and services organizations or auxiliaries that create annual budgets. One tab allows you to track how much revenue has posted in relation to the annual budget submitted for a specified revenue project. Another tab allows you to track how much expense has posted in relation to the annual budget submitted for all awards supported by a specified revenue project.

Additional use The report can be used regardless of whether a budget has been submitted or not. The budget amount will just be blank.

Note: Make sure the ‘Desired Period’ selected falls within the ‘Budget Name’ you select. (In this example ‘Budget 05-06’ should be selected.) RP0056

Note: All totals are fiscal year-to-date.
