Community Preservation - Accomplishments Preserved 95 acres  farm, woodland & waterfronts Supported affordable housing  Purchased 3 lots, considered in others  Supported Municipal Housing Trust  Assisted 4 homeowners lower purchase price Supplemented town budget, within the confines of the state act  Town Hill walkway, 2 cemeteries, library schoolhouse, shade Pond Street, preserve town’s vital records
