Human Factors Education Education 1. Males and females are expected to complete 13 years of school there is 87% of males over 15 years that can read and write and 85.7 females. By having low levels of literacy, and education can have an impact on the economic development of a country making technology hard to maintain. 2. The Government Expenditures on education is 5.4% of GDP. 3. South Africa has three levels of education General Education and Training, Further Education and Training, and Higher Education and Training. 4. South Africa has 12 million learners.

Obstacles to Development In South Africa they have many things stopping them to develop within their country either by unemployment, inflation, and from things like Droughts, and HIV AIDS that cause their life expectancy to be lower, higher infant mortality, higher death rates, and lower population growth rates. South Africa is also facing obstacles in getting better bus transportation to make it easier for people to go to work and different events do to a recession related slowdown in financing. Even though south Africa is considered the most technologically advanced country in Africa the rural areas and schools have poor internet access which serves in a lack of knowledge of how to use the computer effectively. Compared to Africa South Africa Is doing well.

Life's obstacles People living with HIV it is hard or them to access basic services in health care. People living with HIV it is hard or them to access basic services in health care. HIV/AIDS: there are 57 Million people living with ADIS HIV/AIDS: there are 57 Million people living with ADIS There is 18.7% of adult age living with HIV/AIDS. Why receiving loan I am asking that my country receives a fare amount of money to build wider roads and pay doctors to help out with people who have HIV/ADIS so the country can be well developed and having less deaths because of something so dangerous. To build new buildings for kids and parents who don’t have homes and to get better internet access. Compared to Africa this amount I’m asking for asking for is not a lot 2,000,000 dollars compared to 20 billion a year for Africa to have good infrastructure in the Sub Saharan Africa.
