Establishing Norms how team members will interact, communicate, and conduct themselves as members of the team they help team members agree on how they'd like to get along before situations emerge that might otherwise prevent them from getting along. 

DATE NIGHT ! Quickly find your Friday Date…

As a double date, spend 3 to 5 minute brainstorming general “norms” for the collaborative. Sharing As a double date, take 2 minutes and decide on top three “norm” choices. One member place a colored dot next to each of their 3 choices. You are with your date but see your friends right next to you. You decide to double-date.
