NEW BOY SCOUT REQUIREMENTS STARTING JANUARY Scouts joining on/after 1/1/16 MUST use new requirements -Scouts joining prior to 1/1/16 can use old requirements for Scout badge but convert to new requirements for subsequent ranks. -Scouts working on Tenderfoot through 1 st Class MAY continue with existing requirements but MUST convert to new requirements upon reaching 1 st Class in Scouts working on Star, Life or Eagle MAY complete the rank they are currently working on with existing requirements but MUST convert to new requirements for subsequent ranks in For 2017 ALL scouts MUST use new requirements

District Award of Merit District Award of Merit is awarded to individuals who have rendered service of an outstanding nature at the district level. Do you know of an outstanding Scouter who has given exceptional service to our district? Then nominate them for the District Award of Merit. Nomination forms coming soon!

Cub Scout Training Cub Scout Training Weekend – May 1-2, Phillippo Scout Reservation, Ramsey Shelter – All Cub Scout training BALOO and OWLS – Saturday, 8am-5:30pm ($25) Leader Specific (classroom) – Sunday, 8a-10:30a ($10) – Den Leader, Cubmaster, all assistants, Committee Chair, Committee Member, Pack Trainer – Youth Protection (10:30am-11:30am) $30 for the entire weekend – Registration opening soon!!!
