The form of foreign economic activities in Tajikistan Prepared by Dzhumaev Toh 3-rd course.

LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJI KISTAN on December 27, 1993 On Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Tajikistan Abstract Adopted December 27, 1993 RT Law "On Foreign Economic Activity of the RT" consists of four chapters and 20 articles. The law establishes the general provisions of such activities in the Republic, and determines the procedure of state regulation of foreign trade activities in Tajikistan. The Act specified warranty rights and responsibilities of stakeholders, as well as the procedure for dispute resolution. This law establishes the foreign economic relations of the Republic of Tajikistan and in accordance with international law to protect the rights, interests and property of participants of foreign economic relations, regardless of ownership, establishes the legal framework for the integration of the republic's economy into the world economic system.

Article 1: Foreign Economic Activity Foreign economic activity includes a set of practical actions of state bodies, public organizations, firms, enterprises, associations, joint stock companies, corporations and joint ventures, entrepreneurs, hereinafter referred to as legal entities and individuals, aimed at establishing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign states, their legal and individuals, international organizations.

Article 2 The Republic of Tajikistan as a subject of foreign economic relations The Republic of Tajikistan is: - Legislative regulation of economic activity in the foreign field; - Development and implementation of foreign policy, including monetary, quotas and licensing procedure, as well as other foreign economic operations; - Conclusion and execution of intergovernmental agreements and international treaties in the field of foreign trade and foreign trade activity; - The protection of the economic interests of the Republic of Tajikistan, individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad; - To establish legal guarantees for foreign investors in the territory of the Republic; - Representation in international economic organizations and associations; - Other powers deriving from the Constitution and other legislative acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 3: The basic principles of relations between the Republic of Tajikistan with foreign states, their legal entities and individuals in the field of foreign economic activity The Republic of Tajikistan carries out foreign trade activities following principles: - Mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries, foreign legal entities and individuals. International organizations; - Equality of the parties; - Non-interference in the internal affairs of partners on foreign economic relations; - Fulfillment of mutual obligations taken under agreements with foreign states and their corporations and individuals and international organizations; - Other international rules, regulations and conditions.

Article 4 Objects of foreign economic activity Objects of foreign economic activity in the Republic of Tajikistan are all kinds of resources that are created in all industries and sectors of the economy, including the labor, goods and services, securities, scientific and technical production, investment, intellectual and other values, except for those facilities that may not be used in foreign trade legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 5: The subjects of foreign economic activity Subjects of foreign economic activity in the Republic of Tajikistan may be individuals or legal entities, irrespective of ownership, including foreign and international organizations operating in the Republic or elsewhere after the state registration as a legal entity under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan (Law RT on year №3)

Article 6 The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on the foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan (RT Law of , the №3).
