When should a person be baptized?

 “…baptism now saves you…” (1 Peter 3:21)  “…be baptized and wash away your sins…” (Acts 22:16)  “Repent and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of yours sins…” (Acts 2:38) The purpose of baptism is to save.

 “John was also baptizing in Aenon…because there was much water there…” (John 3:23)  “…they both went down into the water,…and he baptized him” (Acts 8:38)  “Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death,…” (Romans 6:4) The God-ordained act of baptism is immersion in water.

 He who has been baptized has been saved and shall believe.  He who has believed has been saved and shall be baptized.  He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved. “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.” (Mark 4:9)
