We learned all about the capitals of America. The hardest capital name for me to remember was… Boston-Massachusetts …Because, there is also Boston-Texas Another on is… Springfield-Illinois Don’t forget, there is also Springfield-Missouri Here is a link to the wiki, which has my country report presentation

GRAMMAR There are two pages to this

We learned all about verbs, a verb is a word used to describe action, which is used to form the main part of a sentence. The four types of nouns are common nouns, proper nouns, concrete nouns and last but not least, abstract nouns. Common nouns are nouns which name general persons, places, animals or things. On the other hand, proper nouns name specific persons places animals or things. A concrete noun is a any noun that can be perceived by the five senses and can also can be weighed or measured. An abstract noun that names a felling or emotion, a noun that can’t be perceived by the five feelings

There are three types of verbs. They are action verbs like swim or dance. There are also helping verbs like may, be, or am. There are also linking verbs like is, or were.

SCIENCE

In science we worked on, one group project. On this project we were planning to take a trip to another planet. Our team name was J.A.N.r. J.A.N.r stands for Jason, Anisha, Natilie rockets. My team chose the planet, Saturn. We each had our own job, my job was the astronomer, Jason’s job was the rocket engineer and Natilie’s job was the safety engineer.

READING There are two pages to this

Johnny Tremain This book was about a boy named Johnny Tremain, this book was in the 1770’s. Johnny is a silversmith and while at work he accidentally burns his hand and looses his job. Soon Johnny fids a job at the post office. His personal observer, Rab soon becomes his best friend. Then a war strikes, during the war, at the end, unfortunately Rab dies.

Zlata’s Dairy This book is a diary about a girl named Zlata, in a war zone, writing in her diary named Mimmy. In Mimmy she writes all her feelings toward the war, at the beginning she writes about her school days then the rest of her diary is filled with sorrows of the war but at the end the war finally ends!

WRITING

We also did tragedies we wrote about things that we could not control like loss or an act of nature.

MATH

In math the hardest subject for me efficiently continue to was multiplying decimals and also very long multiplication problems. On the other hand, the easiest was, dealing with fractions and also what I found easy was, prime and composite numbers.
