Since July 1, 2010, Frontier has invested over $1.5B in capital to improve service and speed broadband deployment. As of 12/31/2012, 83% of the Frontier’s areas have access to terrestrial broadband service in excess of 3Mbps. 4

Many residents in rural America lack broadband connectivity and are unaware of its many benefits. Pilot program provides the unique opportunity to engage in a real- world test of the broadband adoption formula.
