How you could use these materials First, make some A4 game sheets (it’s just a grid with squares numbered 1-30, for use with dice). Slides 3 & 4, the game. Pupils play in 2’s or 3’s. Example: Pupil throws a 4. He/she needs to say what’s in section 4 of the PowerPoint, Slide 3 To make the game harder, start by letting class see Slide 3, then switch to slide 4. You could make a further slide with even less help on it. The winner is the person who gets to the last square on the A4 game sheet first. Later: Pupils make a written note of the game in exercise books (keep those school inspectors happy :D )This just needs a title (The Negative Board Game) and a date, then the six phrases, which your class have to remember and you write on the board for copying.
