Welcome to St. Peter! The fall reminds us that the growing season is nearly over. Our worship reminds us that our season of growing in Christ is drawing ever closer to its end. Strengthen my faith, Lord in those precious promises of life in heaven after life on earth is over.

Prayer before Worship O Lord, our days are fast depleting. Our time of grace is shorter today than yesterday. May your Word make me daily aware of the urgency of keeping my faith strong in you until that unknown day is here when you take me home. Help me trust you.

OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, we express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of St. Peter or members of the WELS/ELS. Visitors who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.

Fall Pops Concert  Northland Lutheran High School will present its annual Fall Pops Concert (“Picture This”)  Sunday, October 13, at 3:00 p.m.  We are cordially invited to come and enjoy the music and fellowship.

“Page Flippers”  Monday, October 14 th  7:00 pm.  Fireside Conference Room  We will be discussing “Proof of Heaven” by Eban Alexander.

Fall Campus Clean Up When: October 19th Who: While all members are encouraged to help, Service Team #3 (Dassler-Gruening) has been assigned this responsibility

Trunk or Treat News  Where: Key to Life  When: October 27 th 4pm – 6pm  We are looking for candy donations and people to sign-up their vehicle for the event. There is also a sign-up sheet in the back of church for volunteers to assist with the various aspects of this event.

Men’s Club The annual Veterans’ night is scheduled for Monday, October 28th at 6PM. Members from Redeemer, Tomahawk are our guests. Members should register on the sign-up sheet in the narthex to indicate the number attending dinner.
