Role of Linkages GSW at TDM Assessing need for DPSS services as part of the plan for child(ren) to remain safely in the home. Assisting to resolve sanctions and other issues to support parent in meeting child welfare goals. Discussing the availability of CalWORKs Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Domestic Violence Services. Providing referrals to GAIN services, and negotiating GAIN participation agreements. Informing participants about supportive services during their GAIN activities. Referring potentially eligible applicants to DPSS programs. Identifying CalWORKs Family Reunification Services eligibility.
