Determining One’s Constitution  The Ayurvedic constitutional type or doshs is determined by the various attributes of the individual.  Vata Persons: can be defined as underdeveloped, dry skinned, creative minds.  Pitta Persons: can be defined as medium build, soft warm skin, sharp minds.  Kapha Persons: can be defined as well-developed to large body frame, oily skin, calm minds.

Dosha Assessment  The most simple method of determining a person’s doshic type is by having them fill out a questionnaire.  The questionnaire should represent what you are like today.  There are no right or wrong answers only honest answers.
