4 Types of Analyses 1.Look at the determinants of school expenditures. 2.Look at the determinants of school productivity. 3.Look at capitalization of tax rates and school quality. 4.Others that YOU may think of.

8 Criteria for Grading Quality of analysis – Need not be sophisticated but MUST be right. Quality of writing – Bad spelling, bad grammar, bad organization  bad grade. Plagiarism => 0.
