Make My Hands respect the things you have made and my ears sharp to hear your voice. Make Me Wise so that I may understand the things you have taught my people. Let Me Learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock. I Seek Strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy-myself. Make Me Always Ready to come to you with clean hands and straight eyes. So When Life Fades, as the fading sunset, my spirit may come to you without shame.

Bless Us God, please bless us with a need to respect ourselves and others. Bless us with forgiveness that we may forgive others who do wrong against us, or those whom we hurt in any way. Bless us with the power of love in all we do, in all we say. Bless us that we may gain a better education, a better understanding of what we are learning. Prayer of the Polar Bear Now I lay me down to hibernate, and, Lord, I thank you for my nice, thick, warm fur, and for making me a champion swimmer! (No-one, to the best of my knowledge, has ever seen such a swimmer in Bear History.) Without my great sense of smell, I could not protect myself or the other Polaris. But, Lord, why did you give me such poor vision? I could sure use them to hunt better. But, oh! Dear Lord, you are to kind! And thank you for believing in bears. Amen, and God Bless!
