The First Hadeeth Chapter: Saying “ It is as Allaah and So-and-So Willed ” Kitaab at-Towheed – LIVE – 2PM EST – Explanation by Moosaa Richardson, based on Al-Mulakh-khas by Shaykh Saalih al-Fowzaan Qutaylah said that a Jew came to the Prophet (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him peace) and said, “You people commit shirk, saying: It is as Allaah and you have willed, and swearing by the Ka’bah.” So the Prophet (may Allaah raise his rank and grant him peace) ordered them when they wanted to take an oath to do so saying, “By the Lord of the Ka’bah,” and to say, “It is as Allaah willed, and then as you have willed.” [ Collected by an-Nasaa’ee. ]
