Fruitful Attitudes Introduction

Luke 6: “No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. 44 Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thorn-bushes, or grapes from briers. 45 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

Three levels of Christian Living Roots – The recipient of the food needed for the tree to grow Shoots – The signs of new life that become the vessel which feeds the fruit till maturity Fruits – The product of the tree

Think about what feeds you, think about your growth, particularly if you’re an older Christian, and ask yourself whether or not someone would want to pick your fruit and experience Jesus because of it.
