Label the sides of the triangle.

You are looking to find ∠ GHJ, so the ratio must involve this side.

The other ratio must involve information that you know. In this case, it means you must use side j and angle J.

Substitute the known values into the formula.

Isolate the sinH by multiplying both sides by 45.

Do the multiplication in the numerator (top of fraction) first and then divide by the denominator (bottom of fraction).
