3 Term Project Evaluation  Project score – 60% Based on whether you met the requirements  Worksheet score – 20% One grade sheet per team, to be filled in by team consensus after the project is finished, and then turned in by the team leader Amount of work contributed by each team member in the categories of a) team web site, b) evaluation and flow chart, c) web form creation and design, d) form validation, e) state management, f) database access, and g) leadership and organizing  Personal evaluation – 20% One grade sheet per person Evaluation of your team mates Five criteria, rated 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) –Understanding of the project –Taking the initiative –Attitude (Did this person have a good attitude, as well as being supportive of the team?) –Work quality –Coordination with the team (Do a reasonable share of work? Show up at the meetings? Complete work on schedule?)
