According to San Diego and Superior Court there are no Seismic Hazards in San Diego County because State Seismic Hazard Maps to not Exist for the full County. - Source California Geological Survey

SOLUTION: 1.Map every active fault in the Embarcadero (NEVP AND CONVENTION CENTER) area on one consolidated map to be used by the Port, CCDC, the California Coastal Commission (CCC) the City of San Diego Seismic Safety Study, North Embarcadero Visionary Plan, SANGIS, the County of San Diego, the California Geological Society (CGS) Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Hazard map, and the USGS. Include the Navy Broadway Complex and County of San Diego land in the new comprehensive analysis. 2.Reconvene the 2006 Caltrans Coronado Tunnel Study Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) consisting of our of San Diego County Seismic Experts from CalTech and Berkeley. 3.Have the TAP make recommendations for subsurface utilities crossing active faults after analyzing HDPE Pipe versus PVC Pipe for areas of liquefaction. GOOD NEWS. I notice two projects for small and large diameter High Density PolyE (HDPE) Pipe at Liberty Station at near the Port of San Diego building on Pacific Highway.

CALTRANS ON-LINE SEISMIC HAZARD MAP SHOWS AN ACTIVE FAULT THROUGH THE ORIGINAL CONVENTION CENTER BUILT IN CONTINUOUS PUMPING IS REQUIRED TO KEEP THE LOWER PARKING STRUCTURE DRY. 3 SOURCE: CALTRANS
