Presentation transcript:

What makes this camera different from other cameras is that it is a digital SLR with a film chamber also inside.

 Film and digital both have their advantages, but why include both in the same camera? So both the benefits of digital and film can be used for the same snapshot. This way, no shot is wasted when it could’ve had higher quality in a different medium.

 Obviously everyone loves digital for very good reasons: you don’t have to worry about costs in film or development every time you take a picture, you can check to see if your picture came out the way you intended as soon as you take it, most memory cards can hold hundreds of pictures, and of course there is the pleasure of immediate gratification.

 The advantages of Film appeal to a more artistic perspective rather than the practicality of digital; film generally has a deeper and much richer color palette, a wider range of lights and shadows for one picture, and is overall a more beautiful medium.

 The disadvantages of digital are simple shortcomings in quality, such as how the sky in digital pictures is typically washed out, the colors aren’t as rich, and the range of lights and shadows is more narrow. Also, most of us never actually print our digital photos but simply upload them onto are computer and never actually physically possess them.

 The disadvantages of film are quite obvious: It’s more expensive. This is why digital is generally a more popular format, especially amongst amateurs or those who aren’t serious about photography. Not only do you have to pay for the film itself, but the developing fees. This would not be such a setback if it wasn’t for the fact that often times the photographer is completely unsure of how their picture came out, but will still have to pay for the pictures that are too dark, overexposed, or blurry.

 The idea behind the Seal 2 in 1 is that you can take as many pictures as you like on the digital setting, then when you take a picture or see a shot that you would prefer in film, just switch it to the film setting.

 The point of having both formats in one camera is that before you take a picture with film, you can take some shots on the digital mode first and play with the settings, adjust the aperture and shutter speed, and make sure your shot set up the way you want it.

 By Testing the different settings in digital mode then switching to film mode, there will be no uncertainty about how your film picture will come out, because you will have already made the proper adjustments in digital.

 A New 2 in 1 body starts around 600$, while lenses can be as low as 200$  However, a long with the long line of quality Seal lenses, this Seal camera will also use any Canon lens.

 Our cameras are used by such respectable institutions as the Angel in You, a place where you can have an image that recalls the memory of a loved one engraved in your own sports equipment.
