Effects of a Poor Diet: Short Term: Anemia- common in teenage girls, caused by a lack of iron, paleness and tired feeling Long Term: Heart disease, Obesity, Cancer: too much fat in the diet and not enough fiber Osteoperosis: not enough calcium in the diet, can cause a humpback appearance and brittle bones.
