Warm Up—Literary Terms Write the definition for at least TWO literary terms in your own words WITHOUT flashcards.

Learning Goal I will be able to identify common literary terms by completing a matching worksheet using flashcards.

Instructions—Matching Game You will work with your table partner Write your answers to the worksheet on a separate sheet of paper. (Number and Letter ONLY) Each partner must have their own answer sheet to turn in. You will use ONE set of flashcards to help you complete the matching worksheet.

Instructions—Memory Game Lay ONE set of flashcards out in a grid (6 across/5 down) Each card must be have its definition face-up! Partners take turns identifying a definition –If correct, they keep the card –If incorrect they must return the card, opposite partner cannot go back to that card until a turn has passed Partner with the most cards at the end wins!
