Hello, my name is Luba. I am a student from class 10. To my mind, the money should be spend on buying manufacture for producing local crafts. Russia is famous for its traditions and crafts. Unfortunately, many of them are disappearing now. The pride of our settlement – the spring of youth has almost vanished. Who is to blame? Firstly, the authorities who only promises to do something. Secondly, people and enterprises who pollute it by throwing waste into the river. That is why I suggest that we should clear up the spring and arrange selling water to tourists. If we do it we will rescue the spring from dying and attract tourists to our holiday centre.
