The Bronze Serpent – Numbers 21:4-9 The people were led by God 9:15-23 He led them around Edom Saved them from war with kinsmen The people complain with fiery words Focused on what they did not have Loathed God’s blessings God punished them (not the first time) 11:1-3 Fiery serpents sent by God to bite them Many died
