Strategies Principles of Change  Exercise  Work Smarter  Use Creative Thinking Skills  Maintain Proper Perspectives

 “We will never meet these new goals.”  “I can’t do this.”  “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.”  “They just don’t care.”  “I can’t learn this.”  The future is just going to get worse.”  “There isn’t enough money.”  “There isn’t enough time.”  “This change is not good for my department.”

 “I can make a difference.”  “There is always a better way.”  “There is always a solution.”  “Change is normal.”  “I’ve succeeded in the past and I will succeed now.”  “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.”  “I know I can do this.”

COMMITMENTCREATIVITY CHALLENGE CONTROL CONNECTION

Change is Inevitable!

You cannot become a butterfly by remaining a caterpillar!

In the change from being a caterpillar to a butterfly, you’re nothing more than a yellow, gooey sticky mess.

“Never doubt that a small, committed group of people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
