The region promotes actions aimed at favoring the lower possible to measures involving deprivation of liberty, as well as the recovery and reintegration into society of people subjected to such measures; the region involved for this purpose: ASL, the Local Bodies, the third sector and volunteering. The region supports and enhances the integrated social planning, particularly in the context of the plans of the area, in order to protect the dignity of the people, with the aim of recovering the individual qualities undermined by social maladjustment and reduce the risk of recurrence.

………11 years later………… This path didn’t give a solution to the problems…but it helped to face them We hope that by underlining the elements of incongruity, dissatisfaction and variance (not only from a bureaucratic point of view) this path could become an occasion of reflection, decision and opening of new initiatives
