Assignment 1 Concentration My name is Christy Heidlebaugh and I am a freshman here. As my major I have selected biology with a concentration in marine biology. This will be beneficial for me in the future because I want to be marine biologist. Ever since I can remember I have wanted to pursue a career in marine biology. This field appeals to me because I love the ocean and marine animals. I am really interested in sharks and want to work with them. I know that marine biology is an extremely hard career to pursue and achieve while living in Tennessee and going to a college that is completely land locked. I am planning on going to graduate school on the coast so that I can get the complete education to reach my goals

Assignment 2 Clubs/Organizations My name is Christy Heidlebaugh. The clubs I am interested in are marine biology, conservation biology, and the wildlife society. Out of the three, the one I want to join the most is the marine biology club. I want to be a marine biologist so I am very interested in anything related to it. I absolutely love marine life. I also love pretty much everything nature related which is why I am interested in conservation biology and the wildlife society. I love that conservation biology tries to help life, keep everything beautiful, and keep people educated. The wildlife society seems like it would be interesting to me because I love wildlife and they try to use resources to the benefit of nature which is important. I would really love to get involved in all three of these clubs.
