Ever Wondered….  If you could pick and choose just two or three residents to appear or print on a report?  If you could change the order of a report?  If the report could prompt other questions at run time?  How to get a report to show answers to a new series?

Report Essentials  Sample Report  Highlight report. Click “Sample”  “Ask At Run Time” Fields  All / Custom / Select  “From” and “To” Values  View report  Toggle  Print %  Print / Printer setup

Report Properties Add a new question at “Ask at Run Time”.  Resident Master List  Add Location Selection  Missed Observation  Add Location Selection

Presidential Village Exercise Add new “Ask at Run Time” question  Highlight Resident Master List. Right-click Properties.  Click on “Edit”, then “New Selection”  Available Fields: “Resident Location”  Exclude: No  Ask at Run time: Yes  Run report to screen for Location “North Wing” only.
