CPP’s IN KERALA Contd… TRANSMISSION AND WHEELING CHARGES FOR NCE PLANTS –TRANSMISSION CHARGES – 3% OF WHEELED ENERGY –WHEELING CHARGES – 5% OF WHEELED –OTHER PLANTS TO PAY THESE CHARGES AS DETERMINED BY COMMISSION UNDER OPEN ACCESS ACT CPP WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY SURCHARGE IN ADDITION TO CHARGES FOR TRANSMISSION AND WHEELING IN CASE OF HIS OWN USE SUBJECT TO TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY THE CPP MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXTEND POWER TO UTILITY’S SYSTEM IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY SITUATION.
