HIGHER’S INTENT Our first field exercise for the year. This exercise will assess current competencies in land navigation and squad STX and will give the MS III instructors an opportunity to tailor their fall training in preparation for FTX Trailblazer. This event is committee run and staged in a field environment (no barracks). We will capitalize on success of Operation Overlord to include patrol base activities, ruck marching, to committees and keeping cadets on the move. Success is defined as a safe exercise that provides initial assessments on land navigation and squad STX.
