Propose Overview document contains:  Introduction  Distribution Services Area  Licence Condition Objectives  Price Control References  Use of System/Connection Boundary  Contractual Framework (DCUSA)  Charging processes:  Settlements and billing methodology for Supercustomer, Site Specific, and Transactional charges ENA COG sub-group on SLC4A Statement

Propose SLC4A document contains:  Introduction  Billing rules and charging definitions  Schedules of Use of System Charges  Table of Loss Adjustment Factors  Rebates  Glossary of terms This document shall only cover the charging information required in accordance with SLC4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence, and no other details. ENA COG sub-group on SLC4A Statement

Propose Miscellaneous Charges document contains:  Introduction  Billing rules and charging definitions  Schedules of Transactional Charges:  Energisation/De-energisation/Re-energisation  Urgent Metering Services (UMetS)  Radio Teleswitch Services (RTS)  Meter Point Administration Services (MPAS)  Glossary of terms This statement will be a new, completely stand alone document, which will capture any other Transactional based charges (ancillary services).
