Ministry of the Messiah The Method

 Great Word o Matthew 5:21-22 You have heard that our ancestors were told, ‘You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’ But I say, if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment!

 Great Stories o Matthew 13:34 Jesus always used stories when speaking to the crowds. In fact, he never spoke to them without using such parables.

 Great Examples Matthew 7:3-4 And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?

 Great Saying o Luke 6:31 Do to others as you would like them to do to you.

 Great Questions o Why Worry?- Matthew 6 o Who do people say that I am? o Who is your neighbor?

 Great Visual Illustrations o Mark 12:41-44 Jesus sat down near the collection box in the Temple and watched as the crowds dropped in their money. Many rich people put in large amounts. Then a poor widow came and dropped in two small coins. Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has given more than all the others who are making contributions.

 Great Experiences o Sent the disciples out to do the work in Luke 9

 Great Walk o Lived a life of prayer as he withdrew to pray offer in the middle of the work and john 17 is his prayer. o Luke 9:10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with him and his disciples.
