Entries per category are limited! See the summary sheet below for details. A printable summary sheet for all categories (Music, Speech & Visual Art) is available on the CPLS website.

All two-dimensional work (except for painting on canvas) must be mounted and matted. Artwork should be mounted on foam core or matte board with window mats (no construction paper mats). No glass is allowed. Acetate may be used.

Each entry must have a typed label on the back with the artist’s name, title and category of the piece, grade, and school. All pieces should be given a title. The title should give the judge an indication of what thought/intention is behind decisions made while creating the work.

Print out the appropriate Judging Form from the CPLS website, then fill out and attach to artwork.. Sally Smith 6 th Cair Paravel Latin School

Only registered artwork will be accepted. Non-registered artwork may not be substituted in place of withdrawn entries.
