music Some people prefer to escape what is going on around them by blocking out reality. This can be done through a number of methods such as listening to music, reading a book or watching a favorite movie

Take a vacation Work commitments and normal life can drag you down and make you tense and less likely to avoid conflicts. It is important to take a regular vacation and get away to unwind.

Take a deep breath and slow down Sometimes the simplest methods can work the best, taking a deep breath and thinking about what you want to say before you say it can be very productive

Weather it be a spot in the house, taking a bath, going for a swim, going for a peaceful walk or just relaxing in the company of friends.
