We do not need to grope in darkness. Revealed. Understandable. Practicable.

Study according to God’s will, 2 Tim. 4:2 Sound doctrine, Titus 2:1 No other doctrine, 1 Tim. 1:3 Not entertainment. »Comedy. »Tear-jerking stories. »Family report.

Teaching needs to be examined, Acts 17:11 No man above Scripture, 1 Cor. 4:6 Keep false doctrine out, Acts 20:29-32 Not to passively accept. »Respect. »Preacher may be wrong. »Even if truth... “Just because the preacher said it” Is not personal faith.

True teaching needs to be accepted, Phil. 4:8, 9 As the word of God, 1 Thes. 2:13 Keep “traditions,” 2 Thes. 2:15 To reject it is to reject God. »Worship. »Drinking. »Modesty.
